Storage is not charged for standard FBA workflows where inventory is processed and shipped without delay. Storage applies for Direct To Customer orders, or when inventory is held beyond normal processing or at the client’s request.

Standard packing materials are included. Boxes are provided with a modest markup to cover sourcing and handling. Clients may supply their own materials if preferred. - Shipping
Postage is handled through integrated
carrier services with very competitive
commercial rates.
A small surcharge may apply for items over 5 lb, over 18 inches, or requiring extra protective packaging.
* Special handling services apply to eligible ambient products only. We do not accept hazardous materials, temperature-controlled (refrigerated or frozen) items, or oversized products requiring specialized equipment.
